I finished the artwork for my metalcore distortion pedal, TUA — and here it is in all its metallic black glory:
I kept it simple with this art, so it's only text and metallic black paint. I love how you can see the sparkles in the black paint, too — as well as the great reflections from the clear coat.
Coming soon from RAILhead Effects!

Man, I just keep coming back and looking at the finished product. I haven’t even *heard* it yet and I want one.
There’s a “feng shui” to the design that reminds me of my favorite items—most of them are from Apple.
I have a sample in another post—scan a couple of articles down (I’m too lazy to find the link).
This pedal has way too many knobs to be an Apple product.
/just sayin’
Just watch. The next iPhone will be all knobs and LEDs. Maybe a tachometer too.
Yes, its a very feng shui design. I spent a lot of time nailing-down the alignment so that the input and output jacks are aligned with the foot switch, the foot switch is dead-center and perfectly in the middle of the 2 center knobs, the LED bezel is aligned with the foot switch as perfectly in the middle of the next 2 knobs, etc., etc.
The symmetry of the layout is what makes it attractive to me.
