Pricing

My session fee is $85 and covers the following:

1 hour of photography at one location.
Pre-session consultation (optional).
All image post-processing, retouching, correcting, and manipulation.
1 4x6 and 1 5x7 of your choice.
30 days of free, online image gallery hosting to share with your friends and family (optional).
Safe, secure, private, password-protected online proof viewing and print ordering.

Print pricing is as follows (over 20 sizes are available, please ask for pricing not listed):

4x6: $3.00
5x7: $5.00
6x9: $6.00
8x10: $8.00
8x12: $9.00
11x14: $15.00
12x18: $25.00
16x20: $35.00

I charge $30 for each additional half hour over the initial 1 hour minimum. If the distance to shoot exceeds 25 miles from my location, an additional per-mile charge will be added to the total cost. Additional shot locations can be added for $20 each, and depending on the distance, per-mile fees may apply. I'll shoot as many people as I can fit in-frame, so gather up anyone and everyone you want.

I typically shoot Monday to Wednesday from 5:00 PM to evening, Fridays from 1:00 PM to evening, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to evening. Depending on my schedule, weekday and Sunday appointments may be available during the day, so be sure and ask.

Details

In the hopes of answering questions and giving you total information overload, here's a breakdown of what to expect from your photo experience.

After scheduling an appointment, if it's convenient for the client, we will meet for a pre-session consultation where we will establish specific details about your shoot. You can read more about this consultation opportunity on my How I'm Different page. If no personal meeting is arranged, details will be determined over the phone.

We will then meet at the chosen shot location, and once everyone is ready, the time allotted for photography will begin. My goal is to take as many spot-on shots as possible so that I will have a larger pool of good shots to choose from (in case of blinking eyes, hair blowing, traffic, etc.). You will be able to review the shots during this time as well, to help ensure you like the results.

After the session, I will fully post-process each image to make sure they each look as good as possible, and I will upload all of the "keeper" shots to my secure, online proof web site. I will then email and/or call to give you access information for the site, and you will then be able to browse all the shots available for purchase.

After making your selections and purchasing the prints, my imaging partner will ship your order to me. When I receive the prints, I will check each picture to make sure they meet my standards, then I will email and/or call you to let you know they are available — delivery in person or via mail is up to the client.
